Warranty Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
At Regent Beds, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our beds are designed and made with care, and we stand behind their structural quality with our Lifetime Warranty, giving you lasting confidence and peace of mind.
What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers eligible Regent Beds products against structural defects and manufacturing faults that arise during normal domestic use.
This includes:
- Structural failure of the bed frame caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Breakage or failure of structural components under normal household use.
- Defects in joints, supports, or framework resulting from faulty workmanship.
- Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the product.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Regent Beds may, at its discretion, repair the affected part, provide a replacement component, replace the product with an equivalent item, or offer another appropriate remedy.
How Long Does the Warranty Last?
The Lifetime Warranty applies for the reasonable lifetime of the eligible product while it remains owned by the original purchaser.
The warranty begins on the original date of delivery and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, may be required when making a claim.
What Is Not Covered?
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Gradual softening, compression, fading, creasing, or changes in the appearance of upholstery or fabric.
- Accidental damage, stains, burns, cuts, scratches, water damage, or pet damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, excessive force, jumping on the bed, or use outside normal domestic purposes.
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, dismantling, relocation, or repair by an unauthorised person.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow assembly, care, or maintenance instructions.
- Damage caused by unsuitable flooring, uneven surfaces, excessive moisture, mould, damp, or environmental conditions.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the safe use or structural performance of the product.
- Commercial, rental, hospitality, or other non-domestic use unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Damage caused during transportation or relocation arranged independently by the customer after the original delivery.
Upholstery, Fabric and Cosmetic Finishes
Our Lifetime Warranty primarily protects against qualifying structural and manufacturing defects.
Fabric, upholstery, stitching, buttons, trims, decorative finishes, colour variation, natural material characteristics, and cosmetic appearance are not covered for life where the issue results from ordinary use, ageing, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.
However, genuine manufacturing defects identified and reported within a reasonable period will be assessed individually.
Mattresses, Electrical and Mechanical Components
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page or order documentation, the Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural elements of eligible Regent Beds products.
Mattresses, televisions, lifting mechanisms, motors, remote controls, USB ports, electrical components, gas-lift mechanisms, lighting, speakers, and other mechanical or electronic accessories may be subject to separate manufacturer or product-specific warranty terms.
